Shipping Options: Customer orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our fulfillment center located in California and is based on the shipping carrier and method selected upon checkout by the customer. Shipping charges are not applied to seminar and workshop registrations or product that is delivered digitally, such as mp3 downloads, software and e-courses.
International Shipments: Each country has different regulations on customs and duty. We sell the goods free of sales tax when shipped outside of the USA. However, customers will be responsible for their country’s customs, duty and taxes that may be applied to their order upon delivery. Please see shipping chart for more details such as special delivery and International shipping rates.

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase.
