Physical Products

  • Orders typically ship within 72 hours
  • All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from our fulfillment center located in Whites Creek, Tennessee and is based on the shipping method you selected upon checkout.
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Digital Products

  • If you ordered one of our exciting digital products (such as Jack’s Vision Board Software) you will receive an additional Email Confirmation containing your download and activation instructions. This email also contains your unique Key Code to unlock your product (this is very important).
  • Some digital products are supported by our development partners. Should you need any technical assistance installing or activating, contact information for support can be found in your Email Confirmation.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours:

  • Occasionally your confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email.

Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on the Return Authorization Form. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-800-237-8336, ext. 10, or send an email message to Customer Service within the fourteen (14) day window.
