EFT Tapping Demonstration

One of the most powerful tools for releasing fears ever developed is a technique called EFT—Emotional Freedom Technique—commonly known as tapping therapy because it involves tapping on nine acupressure points on the
body as you focus on your fear. I use it and teach it in almost all of my workshops and trainings. It is easy to learn and easy to do.
